Business Development Manager required – Munster– Consisting of competitive Salary €25-35k, Company Car/ Allowance and Uncapped Commission OTE €55k
The Role: This is predominantly a new business, field sales role targeting the SME market. For the first three months you will concentrate on new business with a short sales cycle. The role will then evolve to include upselling to the existing customer base and targeting larger commercial businesses with a longer sales cycle.
Office based 1 day per week (Dublin 2) for appointment setting and administration, field based 4 days within your defined geographical area. You will self-generate sales appointments for the first three months, thereafter your sales appointments will be supplemented by the telemarketing team. You'll account manage your customers and upsell/ cross-sell/ gain referrals to grow the business.
You don't need to have a technology or medical background to be successful as full product training will be provided but you do need new business, field sales experience selling to SMEs, preferably experience of selling a solution and you are likely to have a good network of contacts.
The Package: Competitive Basic Salary dependent on experience plus uncapped commission structure: OTE €55k+ company car or car allowance plus mileage and additional incentives.
The top performers are earning €1500 per month in commission and the entire team enjoyed weekends in Barcelona and Amsterdam recently after winning inter-country competitions.
