This Industry Leader, renowned for it global domination in the technology space is opening its doors to you! With business in demand more than ever, they are looking for a proactive, hunter minder Sales Account Manager to join their expanding inside sales HQ in Dublin.
You will be responsible for:
- A defined territory across the DACH region
- Identifying technical support service requirements within your client base
- Upsell/renew to increase revenue
- Managing the sales from prospection thought to close.
- Be seen as a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for your clients
What they are looking for:
- Min 6 months B2B experience in inside sales / account management / renewals in an IT environment
- Fluency (both written & verbal) in German
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven experience in using social media tools in your sales role
- Constantly willing to learn, dedicated and resilient
