Expanding market leading provider of medical and healthcare equipment are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manager their successful team.
THE COMPANY: Long standing and established provider of medical and laboratory equipment are seeking a Sales Manager to cover Ireland. With turnover in the multi-millions this company services the medical, pharmaceutical and life science sectors calling into hospitals, and life science laboratories to name a few. Their vast range of products includes but is not limited to medical devices, equipment, consumables and surgical products.
To meet their demands, they are expanding and are looking to recruit a Sales Manager who will lead and manager the team in Ireland.
THE ROLE: The successful Sales Manager will be tasked with maintaining and growing their market share. This will be a strategic role where you will be responsible for implementing further structure and process into the current business and team. You will develop and execute a business plan which will further strengthen the team’s sales methodology and introduce clear KPI’s and sales processes. You will inherit a stable and experienced sales team so with this is mind, change management will be at the forefront during the initial transition period.
The company has a loyal team of people within the business. This is mainly down to the company culture which built around looking after their employees.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with experienced well-rounded Sales Managers, ideally within the medical device or healthcare consumables /equipment.
You will be a strong leader with the ability to manage a high performing sales team. You will be structured; process driven and have a track record of implementing a more formal sales process and KPI structure within a business.

THE PACKAGE: Negotiable depending on experience
* Salary: €65,000 - €80,000
