The role entails;

* Preparation of all garnishes for cocktails
* Replenishing glass ware
* Meeting and greeting of all visitors
* Assisting mixologist in cocktail making
* Ensuring the area is clean and tidy all times
* Customer Focused

Candidate Specifications

* Must speak fluent English
* Available to work 5/7 days
* 2 years experience in similar role
* Interest in Whiskey advantageous
* HACCP certified
