This indigenous Irish company offer an array of high-end products for both residential and commercial markets. THE ROLE: As the Showroom Manager you will join the team based in their Dublin showroom, selling their full portfolio of luxury bathroom products. You will manage a team of 5 salespeople and be responsible for assisting them in achieving their weekly and monthly sales targets. You will also be responsible for setting targets and ensuring the successful conversion form enquiries to sales. With such a strong name in the market, and with well-established relationships built between our client and their customers there are many opportunities to sell their products.

THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with candidates coming from a showroom background, ideally with management experience. Although experience working in a bathroom showroom is desirable, it is not essential. To be successful in the role you will be a reliable and hardworking individual, with strong commercial acumen and technical aptitude.

THE PACKAGE:

* Basic Salary: 40,000 - €60,000 DOE
* OTE: TBC
* Laptop, Mobile, 20 Days Holidays, Pension
LOCATION: Ideally candidates based within commutable distance to Dublin
