Tactical Talent Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland’s premium Bathroom specialists with thriving retail and commercial divisions. They are seeking a commercial contracts sales executive based in the greater Dublin area to contribute to their growing contracts division. You must have experience in the Bathroom sector for this role in either a showroom or field sales capacity as it is a Senior position on the commercial team.

 Job overview 

Typically, you’ll spend your days setting up appointments to visit Architects, Designers, Contractors, Purchasing Managers and Site Project Managers to win new business and grow company market share in the sector. Your office will be based from Dublin where you’ll also complement the work of the retail team, but you’ll spend much of your time in the field. 

You will be provided with leads and there will be an expectation that you will have the ability to hunt and close your own business through either developing a new book of business or via existing industry contacts 

Person specification: 

·       Full driver’s licence

·       Sales experience in bathrooms, tiles, flooring or stone in either a showroom setting or preferably in the commercial sector in a field-based role. 

Remuneration Package: 

·       Excellent basic salary – Up to €50k  - Negotiable based on sector experience

·       Bonuses based on sales and overall company performance

·       Company vehicle provided
