This is an exciting time for an Account Manager to join this fast growing and dynamic organisation looking to expand their footprint in the utilities sector by focusing on renewable energy. Clients include well-known names across their distribution networks. This full time permanent position will be based in Dublin City Centre but the successful candidate will be required to work on both UK and Ireland markets as well as travel extensively internationally to expand their global reach. Responsibilities
• Identify new opportunities to ensure a robust client pipeline is developed
• Tendering and submission of formal technical and commercial proposals
• Develop new channel partners in the region for utilities sector
• Drive any necessary customer approvals and certifications required for new business in renewable energy
• Promotion and presentation of products, solutions and expertise to external customers
Essential Criteria
• Proven experience as sales account manager preferably with a utilities background
• Ability to learn innovative products and services and understand their relevance to client portfolio
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to develop new channels
