Our very successful client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to join their team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for the Overall Marketing Strategy of the business and Direct Sales for a number of product lines with particular focus on Sales Lead Generation through tactical market analysis.
You should have a keen interest in business intelligence and be motivated to keep yourself up to date with target customer strategy and market trends.
THE ROLE:
* Apply business development strategies in target markets to identify and evaluate potential “Route to Markets”.
* Lead the company to a greater understanding of our medium and long term marketing strategy.
* Identify possible project opportunities, identify company organization structures, generate contact names within customers engineering, procurement, sourcing and marketing departments.
* Disseminate, collate and organize the information gained into communication packages useful to the sales team. Get a clear vision of what the customer wants!
* Develop and enhance the Marketing Strategy for the client and Manage the overall Marketing budget.
* Take direct Sales responsibility for a number of our product lines
* Take direct responsibility for our international Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Business / Marketing
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Strong listening and leadership skills.
* Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience in working proactively in a sales team environment.
* Ability to travel when required.

* Experience in lead generation and/or sales desirable.
