Telesales Representative
A client focused management company is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to add to their team based in North Dublin. The position involves selling phone packages to government bodies at a reduced rate. This opportunity will be available on a full time permanent basis and has an excellent uncapped commission structure. Full training will be provided.
The aim is to help the company continue to grow by bringing in new customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

* Proactively manage a customer base to ensure maximum potential is achieved through making outbound calls to a dedicated customer base. Manage incoming calls also
* Develop new opportunities and manage client relationships.
* Meeting and exceeding assigned daily and weekly sales targets.
* Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Support colleagues on a daily basis, and will be required to offer support to new starters
* Consistently achieve daily and weekly cold calling targets
* Consistently achieve individual sales targets and other KPI's

Requirements

* Ideally at least 1 years’ experience in a Telesales environment ideally in the telecommunications industry or strong face to face selling capabilities
* As an Internal Telesales Executive, you must have superb communication skills both written and verbal and a first-class telephone manner.
* Experience of working within a target-driven environment making outbound calls
* Ability to build relationships quickly
* Be resilient and self-motivated, and eager to learn, have good attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under deadline pressure
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a larger team
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
* Fully PC literate and familiar with MS Office
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential clients
* Ability to track leads
