An excellent opportunity has become available for a seasoned Inside Sales Manager (B2B) to join a leading supplier of printing related products and office supplies. This is a very exciting role that will require you to take ownership and grow the business. You will also manage key accounts and a small team.
* Identify new target markets and direct team to proactively win new business
* Coach your team and ensure a first-class customer service is been delivered
* Ensure KPI’s are met and that targets are exceeded
* Ensure customer queries are been dealt with in a timely and professional manner
* Drive the growth of the business with the goal of creating new positions within the team and bring on board new clients
* Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings with directors
* At least 3 year’s experience working in a sales manager position
* Previous experience working within the printing sector or office supplies is advantageous
* Previous telesales management experience will also be considered
* Experience of leading a team and motivating those around you
* Well organised and have excellent communication skills
* You have a strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
