Recruitment Consultant
Irish Recruitment Consultants are currently looking for a permanent recruitment consultant to be based in central Dublin to set up a new permanent desk within our busy and exciting office!

Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing new business with identified potential clients.
•Sourcing top calibre industry professionals.
•Meeting with key clients to generate business and consistently networking
•Develop new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques
•Use different methods to source high calibre candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
•You will work to achieve your own personal KPI’s/targets and work as part of a team to reach company targets
•You will also focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within your market through consultative communication and networking

Desired Skills and Experience:

Recruitment experience would be desirable but not essential
•Sales experience is desired but not necessary
