Sales Merchandiser / Trainee Sales Manager
Field Based (covering the Munster region, including Cork, Clare, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford)

Due to this continued expansion into adjacent categories and new territories, a need has arisen for a Sales Merchandiser / Trainee Sales Manager to join the business.

As a Sales Merchandiser / Trainee Sales Manager, you will maximise sales of our client’s gardening products in stores throughout the Munster region.
The role will involve setting up products across categories and securing key locations to position product lines the create maximum returns.
Additionally, the role will entail:
- Creating and submitting orders
- Reporting on the performance of competitor and trade activity
- Creating seasonal adjustment to order to meet anticipated need
To be considered, you will need:
- A degree level qualification OR experience as a merchandiser
- A high level of IT literacy
- A full, clean driving licence and the willingness to travel and work in a large geographical area
Additional skills that would be a requirement for a Sales Merchandiser / Trainee Sales Manager include a trustworthy nature, self-motivation and strong communication. The ambition to succeed and relationship building capabilities are also key.
Due to the travel requirements of this role, the successful candidate must live within the Munster region, or be willing to relocate.
