KES Group are looking to employ a field based SmartBuild Sales Consultant to join its expanding team, who will be mainly responsible for selling modular extensions and space solutions.
As a SmartBuild Sales Consultant you will be required to perform a number of sales activities, negotiating with clients, book appointments, attend meetings, discuss proposals and perform demonstrations of the company’s goods and services.
The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent basic that will reflect their level of experience and bonus package is achievable, plus Car, Mobile and Laptop.
This is a field based role covering all of Ireland. A typical week will consist of 3 to 4 days out to 1 to 2 days in the office where you will be expected to report on your performance.
Your duties will include:
•Identifying suitable prospects.
•Following up leads and referrals.
•Networking with relevant contacts.
•Attending exhibitions and other trade shows.
•Arranging site and office based client visits with suitable prospects with a view of presenting and ultimately selling Modular Building solutions.
•Generating quotations and having an input in the design of buildings as well as advising clients on suitable solutions.
•Travelling to various client locations.
•Meeting sales targets.
Essential Criteria:
•Sales background.
•Good knowledge of the building sector.
•Excellent customer relations.
•A basic understanding of Modular Construction would be advantageous.
•Computer literate.
•Full clean driving licence.
