Sales Manager required by a global IT sales company in Dublin. You will initially manage a team of 5-10 x multi-lingual IT Salespeople which will include hiring and coaching, managing sales pipeline and performance management.

Experience / Skills Required

- Experience managing 5+ salespeople

- Experience working in a fast-paced, sales environment

- Ability to drive KPI’s

- Sales and / or Service Delivery experience.

- Experience working with corporate technology accounts.

- Must be able to multi-task, learn quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.

- IT sales experience and knowledge of the Cloud (Azure, AWS) or IT is desirable

- University degree required
