What’s the Opportunity?
This is a field based role, in the Leinster Area.
We are looking a gifted account manager, with strong sales capabilities, a knowledge of the hospitality and publican sector. The role is On-Trade sector with customer database supplied, so you'll be charged with managing the commercial and marketing activities with various bars, hotel groups, independent businesses and restaurants.
The secret here is in the partnerships, you're going to need to work alongside your customers, understand their challenges and apply techniques and solutions to suit their individual needs.
You’ll need to demonstrate a strong sales record and achievement of value and volume targets, as well as having real interest in the modern day marketplace, have a genuine interest in customer engagement and building relationships.
Day to Day
This role will involve contacting customer from data base supplied, adding to contacts, actively marketing and promoting Our Brand including executing promotions and creating visibility within the trade
Building strong direct route to market business
Ensuring you have an awareness of the marketplace and report on competitor and industry updates
You're the point of contact for this company. You'll build friendships, commercial commitments and prove yourself as a key contributor to your clients success.
What we are looking for.
Experience and affinity with the drinks industry, awareness of challenges to bar owners / business owners. Sales and commercial awareness – yes, but you don’t necessarily have to have worked in a rep type role before. WE rather qualities of innovativeness, solutions and attitude. Must haves include a full clean driver’s licence.
