We are an accomplished company with a number of awards for best in industry in the wedding sector. We are currently a team of 15 (including the most important member of staff, our pet dog!) and due to the continuous growth of our brand we require an experienced Account Manager in the advertising industry to join our team.
What you will be expected to do:
- Provide tailored business solutions to our clients in order to maintain strong relationships and provide an excellent standard of service
- Upsell and expand existing accounts
- Resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers effectively using a variety of mediums
- Plan, organize and prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Engage appropriately and work as part of a team
- Work independently and seek out assistance as required
Who you are:
- At least 1 year advertising sales experience in a role which requires account management
- Experience in the Wedding industry desirable but not essential
- Customer focused individual with the ability to upsell and maintain an excellent standard of service
- Ability to empathise with customers in order to understand their needs
- Solution based creative individuals who have the ability to 'think outside the box'
- Competitive and independent self-starters who are highly motivated
- Excellent communicators with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
