Sales Development:-

Reporting directly to the Director you will be expected to work on your own initiative dealing with extensive existing Customers & inbound enquiries as well as also sourcing new customers and business opportunities whilst adhering and working strictly to our KPI’s and targets. Our business has been built on a reputation of delivering excellent customer service, which delivers repeat and referral business.

Our Ideal person will have the following:
 2 years experience, in a tele sales environment, with a proven record in achieving targets . 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·                   Be self-motivated team player, target orientated with a great work ethic

·                   Excellent written and spoken English

·                   Demonstrate disciplined organisational skills

·                   Demonstrate a friendly and customer focused approach to selling

Salary:- 
We will provide a basic salary plus commission on achieving targets.

The successful candidate will receive an excellent induction into our business. You will be working with a team of 5 other sales people. You will receive ongoing training to ensure you are supported to achieve your targets.
