We are searching for an Account Manager who is highly driven, self-motivated & passionate about the company, products & the clients they service.
You will be working for a very successful Multinational who have a very established client base. This role will be focused on large deals with key clients and is a fantastic opportunity for a B2B Sales Professional.
As an Account Manager you will build long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with an extensive existing client base & prospects. You will collaborate with sales colleagues on a global basis, throughout the sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are delivered.
To succeed in this position, you much have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable and organised with the ability to easily engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
It is imperative that you have the ability to establish credibility by understanding your client’s business challenges and needs, industry trends and challenges.
Responsibilities: -
· Managing large corporate accounts across Europe/UK.
· Communicate with clients to understand their business challenges & needs.
· Identify and manage growth opportunities with c-level executives
· Work collaboratively with Global Field & Account Managers within the sales team throughout the sales cycle to ensure targets are delivered.
· Build & manage the sales pipeline ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements: -
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· 2 years+ full B2B sales cycle
· Demonstrable track record of selling in a B2B environment
· 3rd level degree is preferable
· Experience in engaging in value-added business conversations

· Competitive Package €35k-€40k base, €15k-€20k OTE uncapped
