Inside Sales Executive
Our client’s mission is to change billions of lives by providing great education, accessibility and affordability, to everyone. They want to reskill and upskill the world! The company is an online educator who offer 50+ courses that enrol more than 400,000 new students every month.
Our client is looking for friendly, highly motivated, passionate, self-starters to join their team to improve the student cycle from start to finish. As an Inside Sales Executive for our client, you will be responsible for warm calling and emailing pre-existing students to build relationships. You will support students throughout their educational journeys as well as upselling additional courses and packages to the students based on their needs. Students will require your support in answering questions via live webinars and you will be given daily and weekly KPI’s to meet.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in an outbound sales role.
- Third level qualification (degree).
- Motivated, driven individual with the drive to success.
- Excellent negotiation, account management, organisational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Capable of using Microsoft Office.
- Previous CRM experience in Salesforce an advantage.
The package:
- Base Salary up to €32,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Up to €50,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
