What you will be expected to do:
- Manage well established business accounts
- Maintain existing accounts and ensure customer service is delivered efficiently and effectively
- Upsell and expand existing accounts
- Upskilling to maintain a strong product knowledge
- Resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers effectively using a variety of mediums
- Plan, organize and prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Engage appropriately and work as part of a team
- Work independently and seek out assistance as required
Who you are:
- At least 1 year Account management or Sales experience in a role which requires product knowledge
- Experience in the Office Supplies industry desirable but not essential
- Customer focused individual with the ability to upsell and maintain an excellent standard of service
- Ability to empathise with customers in order to understand their needs
- Solution based creative individuals who have the ability to 'think outside the box'
- Competitive and independent self-starters who are highly motivated
- Excellent communicators with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
