This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of the leading Security Solutions firms in the Country, operating out of their Dublin office. This is an International brand, continuing to rapidly grow across the Irish market, delivering security solutions for Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial, Banking, and Healthcare projects across Ireland. The Role As the Business Development Manager, you responsibilities will include: Achieve targeted sales volume and value for Securitas Technology Ireland. Pursue Sales of quality profitable business and sell to defined market sectors as set out by the General Manager. Determine the customer s needs and ensure that they are offered the most appropriate systems solutions at commercially attractive prices and at an agreed profit margin. Conduct methodical research in relevant sectors and canvassing to provide a continuous flow of quality prospect information. Build and maintain effective relationships with specifiers and decision-makers. Be fully conversant with and maintain an up to date knowledge of the Company s range of services, their features, benefits, prices and application, in order to provide the best advice and guidance to prospective clients as required. The Requirements To Be considered, you will: Have a proven track record of Business Development with customer focused attitude. Have experience and excellent knowledge of Security Technology. Be self-motivated with drive and commitment to achieve targets. Have a structured approach to selling is essential with strong personal drive. Whats On Offer?
