We require a Parts Advisor who has previously worked in either a Motor Factors or Parts Department. The position requires taking incoming sales calls, processing orders, and other various duties.

The role would require you to have the following:

• Take and process orders in an accurate manner via inbound calls
• Develop good working relationships with current and prospective customers
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative or as part of a team in a busy environment
• Knowledge of IT systems (Excel, e-mail, online ordering) required
• Have a strong interest in cars and the motor industry
• Be punctual and presentable
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum experience: 3 years working in either a motor factors or parts dept. in Ireland.
