Job Summary

Our client is focused on delivering innovative and quality products . They are focused on enhancing the brand and the business for future generations. Due to this there is an excellent opportunity to work with world - leaders in the Agricultural Manufacturing sector. The Territory Sales Manager is the face of the company and is not only responsible for order intake, sales revenue, the retention of existing, targeted key accounts but also delivering exceptional service to our customers . The role will include collaboration and cooperating with the Senior Management Team to develop and influence sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Drives productivity to achieve both sales targets and KPI's.
* Sets Targets through preparing and reviewing business plan.
* Work closely with the General Management and the related departments within the company such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, as a representative of the Sales Team to ensure a steady implementation of the key initiatives.
* Reports the business situation on a regular basis and suggest action plans to Management and others in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain relationships with Key Account Customers.
* Support development (research, creating business plan)
* Understanding of the market, competitors and identify trends.
* Strong time management and planning skills.
* Build Brand Awareness through attending Industry and Promotional Events.

Qualifications and Skills
* Similar experience in a sales Manager role, particularly within a Field Sales role
* Proven record of increasing sales and revenue.
* Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional Customer Service through Site visits offering technical support where needed.
* Excellent IT skills - confident to use Word, Excel, social media applications.
* Effective communication skills at all levels. Numerical skills & literacy
* Organisational and leadership ability
* Experience managing multiple customers.
* Problem-solving aptitude
* Full clean driving license
* Experience in Agricultural Sector (Desirable)
