Your new role As Senior Client Manager you will manage multiple PR accounts, anticipate client's needs, seek and create unique opportunities for them, generate results and outcomes that exceed their expectations and trouble-shoot on their behalf. You will develop highly targeted PR strategies across traditional media, social media and the wider marketing spectrum, produce journalist-quality and compelling content and copy to meet all client/Agency needs, provide first-class media relations and engagement when required and identify and develop new business opportunities to help drive business growth and support clients' business and organisational objectives. You will be involved in the setting and management of annual budgets with clients and the Agency, ensure achievement of revenue targets and fully support the Directors in the delivery of all duties. What you'll need to succeed You will be of Graduate calibre combining industry-related / professional qualifications with evidence of commitment to personal development, desirable if you have membership of professional body or third level degree in communications related discipline. You will have a minimum two years' experience in a communications role, agency or in-house and at least one year's experience in a senior/managing role, desirable if you have experience in a management position, preferably within a PR Agency, communications experience with CIPR Pride Awards recognition and/or experience of writing for an external publication. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity, a nose for the news and the wider macro environment - and how this impacts clients, an understanding of what makes great PR and how to secure coverage across all media channels, strong research skills, good basic strategic awareness and excellent project and time management skills. Desirable if you have experience in contributing to new business opportunities, good awareness of the political and business landscape in Northern Ireland, and/or good awareness of PR agency standards and metrics across strategy, campaign planning and evaluation.
