Bluestone Motor Finance (Ireland) DAC
Head of Sales and Distribution
This is a CBI Senior Management Function role with responsibility for :
Management and mentoring of all Business Development Managers in Ireland.
Achieve company new business lending targets for volumes from all channels.
Responsible for successfully developing and maintaining strong relationships with Key Dealers and channel partners .
Provide technical product support and scenario advice to assist with conversion improvement, product knowledge and selling skills
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Assist, develop and implement annual sales plan for each region and channel
Provide input on competitor activity, products and market feedback
Provide constructive input and solutions for improving business practices and product offering
Commitment to a culture of policy compliance & high ethical standards
BDM recruitment and day to day management
Implement a strict territory management process.
Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate sales staff
Ability to coach and mentor sales staff
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience, preferably with good knowledge of the motor finance market and management experience/skills
Excellent knowledge of Bluestone products and policies
Experience with Unsecured lending and B2C an advantage.
Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
Good understanding of legislation
Demonstrably strong business development skills
Understanding of and focus on, drivers of conversion rates and settlements
Ability to perform to a high standard under pressure
Superior communication and presentation skills
Self reliant and results driven
May be required to obtain PCF approval from CBI.
