The Opportunity
Aligned to our growth strategy and further to our successful enhancement of our online HR platform Linea, we are now looking to further expand our team and drive our HR platform Linea, to the next level.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Business Development Executive to work within the Linea team.
Working as part of an established talented team, you will have responsibility for identifying client’s requirements and any challenges, managing the sales process and developing your accounts from initial contact to closure to deliver consistent growth in sales.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for pursuing and generating new leads.
The role of the Business Development Executive is to
a. systematically follow up on all inbound leads provided to you
b. deliver an outbound sales strategy to further grow our market share amongst experienced HR practitioners.
As part of the Linea team, you will report on progress, market intelligence and challenges, helping to continuously refine our growth strategy.
Requirements
• Strong and credible telephone and online presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Independent and team player
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• You must be relationship focused, a hunter and a closer!
Experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ideally 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Ideally experience working with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) – training will be provided
• Experience selling HR/Recruitment/Training/Wellness and/or employee benefits products is a plus
• SaaS experience an advantage
Qualifications (ideally)
Sales and / or Marketing qualification
HR diploma / degree
