Junior Brand Manager within dynamic FMCG company. 12 month contract. Hybrid working. Your new company A dynamic drinks company within the FMCG industry. Your new role As Junior Brand Manager you will assist to develop and execute best-in-class Trade & Consumer marketing programmes for our client's portfolio of soft drinks, you will assist with the preparation of the annual brand plan, ensure brands are consistently presented in-line with their strategy through Trade & Consumer activations, be responsible execution of all consumer campaign delivery, including Social and Digital and control budgets for each brand. You will manage all external agency partnerships, lead and promote internal communication, develop knowledge and understanding of category and shopper insights for Soft Drinks, assist with the preparation of information and reporting requirements for Branded Principals. You will collect, evaluate and report marketing activities of own and competitor's brands, be alert to changes, issues and opportunities in the market and evaluate & recommend solutions. What you'll need to succeed You will have a Bachelor's/Post Graduate Degree a minimum +1-2 years experience in marketing role, and an excellent and confident communicator with strong presentation skills and an independent self starter. You will be a team player, results driven and reliable in delivery, and have exceptional organisation skills. Desirable if you have project & event management experience, proven experience of executing full marketing-mix plans for premium brands, exposure to category & insights and experience within a FMCG environment. What you'll get in return Salary of £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience, hybrid working and company benefits.
