Commercial Manager
Commercial Manager required by our client , a highly success growing E-commerce Company, based in Kilkenny, specialising in eCommerce fulfilment and financial services for International online retailers.

The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will be tasked with managing the sales function in the company as well as developing out the sales team and processes. We are looking for a great team member and leader to improve our brand recognition and help boost our growth.
The role:
1. Setting goals/targets for the commercial team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
2. Structuring and training members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
3. Developing plans for business and revenue growth
4. Achieve agreed sales targets, kpi s and outcomes within schedule
5. Attending conferences and industry events when required
6. Schedule and attend video calls with potential customers
7. Prepare and deliver professional and engaging sales presentations and proposals
8. Assist with marketing activities including strategies, structure, platform and content
9. Identify and develop processes, collateral and documentation
10. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
11. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
12. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
13. Have an excellent understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

About You-Professional
• Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years
• Degree in marketing, business or related field/qualifications
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Understanding of Ecommerce, brands and online retail
• Experience speaking with and presenting to customers
• Experience working to sales targets, kpi s and projections
• Understanding of market and marketing strategies
• Experience setting target and kpi s
