Indeed is seeking a Lead Strategist to join its growing global Sales Strategy team supporting our Scaled Business Success (SBS) Team. The Lead Sales Strategist acts as a business partner to Sales/CS, recommending revenue acceleration, growth initiatives and scalable process improvements. The Lead Sales Strategist will also work closely with cross functional partners such as Data Science, Product and Engineering teams, working together to support Sales & CS leadership on key initiatives and strategic planning

Develop and maintain the short-term and long-term view of the Scaled Business Success (SBS) strategy and key initiatives. (You'll have a central role in our strategic direction)
Support and drive the development of the SBS OKR's
Develop robust models to test hypotheses and predict likely outcomes. Your analytic work will help drive investment and innovation.
Conceptualize and pilot revenue acceleration tactics in partnership with Senior Sales/CS leaders
Support business with goal setting/quota setting/sales performance analysis
Support business initiatives by drawing insights from our data - scope, design and execute market/segment specific insights for our global account programs
Drive adoption of global tools developed and owned by other teams within Sales Strategy
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent practical experience; MBA a plus
5+ years of work experience in sales strategy and / or consulting; experience driving initiatives for high-growth businesses
Highly proficient with SQL, with an ability to structure queries, mine data and present it in a meaningful way for analysis (R, Python a plus)
Experience building rich, insightful, and actionable reporting with various data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Excellent communicator - strong presentation skills is a must
Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
Experience with fast-paced, high-growth, sales-force driven business models
Deep understanding of CRM systems and how they are leveraged
Project management skills and experience with process evaluation and design

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
