We are looking for a self-confident and forward-thinking Global Sales Leader who can demonstrate proven successes within the telecom BSS / OSS
You will thrive in a forever-changing environment , taking ownership for generating and driving new logo sales revenue streams year on year. You will have the ability to engage and discover opportunities at a business and technical level, then lead and execute high value, multiple stakeholder contract negotiations to a successful conclusion.
With an ability to quickly understand a customer's business and their technical drivers, you'll be able to convert these into substantive value propositions . Progressing prospects through a complex solution sales process, you'll engage at a C Level to articulate a strategic digital transformation strategy as well as inventive commercial solutions .
You will also actively participate in the client's business development strategy, fine-tuning the approach and showing innovation and challenge to generate qualified prospects, and reporting on this to keep the team and wider company abreast of status and progress.
As a true expert in your field, you'll stay tuned to the market and competition, participat ing in trade events, conferences, customer forums, and then bringing input to internal teams around technological changes and offerings relating to billing systems that will help to differentiate my client in the marketplace.
* Proven experience and results operating within the BSS/OSS domain
* You will have an established network in the industry
* Ability to engage both at a business and technical level , internally and externally
* Self-Motivated and confident in your ability to deliver results to generate year on year revenue
* Is naturally resilient and is driven by challenge and ambiguity
* Responds well to pressure, looking for positive actions to create solutions
* Ability to readily visualise an end game early in a prospect engagement and alter the approach appropriately to meet the needs of the customer requirements
* Highly articulate with ability to communicate at C Level and a range of stakeholders
* Experience working with System I ntegrator and solution partners
* Knowledge of Managed service operations
* Understanding of cloud-based solution architectures
