TECHNICAL SALES REP
ICON Building Products is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialist building products to the construction sector. Established in 2007 our team has developed a nationwide service working closely with local builder’s merchants to supply the end user.
We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Leinster region.
The successful candidate will call to builder’s merchants and on-site construction companies throughout the greater Munster region and should be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role.
Main Responsibilities;
- To maintain existing established relationships while identifying and targeting new prospects.
- To work to achieve sales growth and overall profitability and act as part of a team to develop the ICON brand..
- To provide a high level of support and quality service to your customer base.
- To prospect for new leads, deliver effective proposals and close sales projects.
Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years field sales experience essential.
- Full Drivers Licence required.
- Ideally you will be based in the Cork area with an ability to service the greater Munster region and have previous experience selling to builder’s merchants. A drive to succeed and strong communication skills are a must as are well developed interpersonal skills.
