Job Specification:

As a Recruitment Consultant with mgi recruitment your role is Sourcing and Selection of Suitable candidates for clients. You will also be responsible for building ongoing relationships with both Clients and Candidates. Unlike Other Recruitment Agencies- there is NO Business Development for Recruitment Consultants with mgi recruitment. Additionally mgi recruitment has an independent advertising and marketing team to assist you with international advertising campaigns.

Daily Duties:

• Interviewing Candidates over the phone in order to access their work experience and suitability for a job
• Highlighting candidates key skills and motivations for potential clients
• Scheduling Interviews and Preparing candidates for Interview
• Assisting Candidates with Relocation
• Account Managing your client list

Person Specification:

-Proven Experience in a Sales and Target Driven Environment
-Professional manner
-Ability to work under pressure
-Multitasking skills
-Fluency in English and second language would be an advantage
-Excellent communication skills
-Self Believer
