Tender Manager
40,000 (DOE)
SourceDogg have many public sector clients and have successful competed for & won public tenders in the past. This will be a key area for the business growth with demand from several countries for public sourcing solutions.
The Tender Manager will give key input to senior management meetings deciding on which Tenders to compete for. Once a bid decision is made, the Tender Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the Tender, following up after the Tender has been submitted & optimising the SourceDogg internal processes.
The Tender Manager will require superior organisational skills as there will be several concurrent Tender projects at various stages and with various workloads & priorities.
The successful applicant will be working closely with staff from many functions in the business, preparing documents to recognised international standards and so will need to display a superior ability to build relationships & work effectively with people in other teams.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in Technical Writing/ Tender Submissions
Hons Degree with Masters a plus
Fluency in other Languages an advantage
Portfolio of completed Projects/ Tenders
Knowledge of Document Management & Control
Superior relationship building skills
Excellent organisational skills
