The Position:
Telesales Representative
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager
Job Spec:
Hours of work: 9.30am – 6pm OR 8am – 4.30pm (Monday to Friday).
9am – 1pm (Saturday) required to work twice per month (OT paid).
There will also be opportunity for OT Mon – Fri.

The Position Objective / Main Duties:
•Over achieving sales targets
oProduct volume
oMargin
oSales Conversion
•Ensure first class Customer Service levels are met and that quality remains.
• Resolution of issues in a timely manner and taking issues right through to conclusion
• Escalation of issues when necessary to the relevant department Manager.
•Ensuring all Inbound & Outbound Service Level KPI’s are exceeded
•Outbound project work to be performed, targets achieved / exceeded.
•The ability to build excellent relationships with Customers & our Campus Team members in various locations around the country.
•Excellent negotiation skills required.
•The ability to manage your time effectively.
•The ability to handle high inbound & outbound call volume.
