The Position:
Outbound Telesales Representative (Part time afternoon / evening work approx 5 months)
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager
Job Spec:
Hours of work: 6 – 8pm 5 – 7pm (Monday to Friday).
Saturday work 3 – 4hours
There is a possibility for additional hours throughout the contract period.

The Position Objective / Main Duties:
•Over achieving sales targets
oProduct volume
oMargin
oConversion (15% conversion per day is achieved & exceeded).
oCall volume (40-45 outbound calls per day is achieved)
•Ensure a first class Customer Experience is present at all times and that quality remains.
• Escalation of issues when necessary to the relevant department Manager.
•The ability to build excellent relationships with Customers & our Campus Team members in various locations around the country.
•The ability to negotiate.
•The ability to manage your time effectively.
•The ability to handle high outbound call volumes.
Candidate role requirements:

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required – both written & verbal.
