Responsibilities
After extensive training you will be involved in business development for new customers and provide a
comprehensive service to existing customers over the phone
• You will be the point of contact for your customers, answering emails and basic support enquiries.
• You will build, grow and maintain a network of cooperations and customer relationships
• You work in close cooperation with the marketing department to develop our products and campaigns
• Responsible for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals
• Professional representation of the company
Your skills
• You should have some working experiences in Slaes or tele sales or Customer service . You must have excellent communication skills.
• You must have strong negotiation skills.
• You must be self motivated with a good working attitude
• You must be a teamplayer, reliable and eager to learn
• Fluent in English or Polish
• Skills in Indian, Turkish, Chinese and Afghan Languages are a plus
