PaymentSense provide Chip & Pin services to small businesses across the UK & Ireland, and we’re looking for Telephone Appointment Setters (TeleAppointers) who can arrange for our sales people to visit potential customers.  

We currently sign up more new customers every day than any other business in the industry. In fact, we sign up a new one every seven minutes and our customers carry out over £1 billion in transactions. Our customers rate us as Excellent on Trust Pilot and gave us a rating of 9/10.

This is a home based Tele Sales role, which is commission only.  What this means is that if you put in the effort from the comfort of your own home, you have the ability to really drive your earnings and bring in a generous commission.

Our TeleAppointers have access to a database of over 1 million SMEs across the country, and when they speak to small business owners about PaymentSense, they have plenty to talk about;

We’re looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join our successful team of Telephone Appointment Setters. You’ll need natural charm, rapport building ability and outstanding communication skills. You’ll be speaking to small business owners so you’ll need to be confident in your communication skills as well as your product knowledge. Don’t panic though, full training is provided so you don’t need to be familiar with Chip & Pin machines, yet.

The role involves cold calling businesses around the UK & Ireland, finding out what service they currently get and then arranging for them to meet with one of our sales people. We have the best product in the market so it shouldn’t be too difficult to grab their interest! You’ll ideally have experience of working with customers, ideally on the telephone.
