Tecnical Sales Representitive – Sales Jobs
On behalf of our Client based in Dublin; we are seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive for the Northern Ireland or border county region
As one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of water treatment equipment and due to the Company’s continuing expansion they are seeking a Technical Sales person to help drive sales of their range of products and services particularly in the Healthcare Sector and general industry based in Northern Ireland or the border counties . This is an exciting opportunity with a highly professional and successful organisation.
Responsibilities
* This role will involve applying in-depth knowledge of the water treatment industry – selling the water treatment services and managing existing and new accounts.
* Achievement of sales and profit targets.
* To obtain orders and establish new accounts and sales leads.
* Ideal candidate will possess a strong sales track record and direct sales experience, within the Healthcare sector.
* Candidate should have experience selling and presenting at all levels within an organisation.
* Experience of Water Treatment, pumps and valves and/or in dealing with consulting engineers and contractors would be an advantage to the successful candidate for this key role.
* This senior sales person will be recruited to drive the business in a diverse range of market sectors including, Healthcare, Municipal, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food and Beverage industries.
Requirements
* The successful candidate must have knowledge of the water industry equipment & processes preferably to the health care sector.
* An ability to communicate & influence at senior management level for promotion of specialist engineering products to consulting engineers, hospitals, medical facilities, laboratories & pharma & general industry.
* Will have to make technical presentations & equipment demonstrating how the company product range will meet client needs, providing pre-sales technical assistance & interpreting customer requirements.
* Must have strong presentation skills & be able to communicate professionally in verbal or written.
* Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in having Capital Equipment specified plus sales promotion activity & associated technology.
* Organised & analytical.
* Carry out initial site inspections, reports of equipment on water process installations.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ideal Candidate must have Mechanical / Electrical engineering background or experience.
3 – 5 years relevant experience in Field Sales.
Must be able to respond to site equipment layouts and functional /technical elements of equipment selection.
Salary €35-€45K bonus , Expenses, Healthcare contribution, contributory pension, commission, car, laptop, phone.
