Technical Sales Manager (construction field sales)
Skills and Experience
* Must have experience as a building contractor or as an industrial sales representative
* At least 2 years field or Business Development experience
* Target driven and ability to work under pressure
* Experience in residential and commercial construction
* Experience in weatherization/air sealing products
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in MS office-word, excel and outlook
* Professional qualification or apprenticeship
* Full clean driving licence
* Must be willing to travel outside Ireland
Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice to architects and craftsmen
* Carry out practical product training on air and windtight sealing products
* Route planning and appointment preparation
* Meet and exceed targets and other KPI’s
* Identify sales leads and new Business opportunities
* Generate daily and monthly reports
* Maximise margin contribution at point of sale in line with company objectives
* Actively contributing to a constant increase in turnover in the sales area
* General administration work
