Technical Sales Manager
Experience
* Construction sales experience is essential (insulation desirable)
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* At least 3 years experience in a field sales role within the construction industry
* Target driven and motivated
* Experience as an industrial sales representative or as a building contractor
* Knowledge of engineering and construction/steel industry desirable
* A proven track record of exceeding sale targets and other KPI’s
* Knowledge of airtight and windtight building envelopes
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Liaising with architects, craftsmen and builders
* Carry out practical training and workshopsMeet and exceed targets and other KPI’s
* Identify sales leads and new Business opportunities
* Generate daily and monthly reports
* Maximise margin contribution at point of sale in line with company objectives
* Manage related sales administration tasks inclusive of B2B product procurement, dispatch and credit control details
