Overview: The right candidate will be responsible for driving the sales growth within the Commercial Printing (newspapers, label producers, digital printers, packaging converters etc) sector of our business. You will be talking to business owners, production managers, buyers and engineers in a role which is an even split between account management and business development. Full company and manufacturers training is on offer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing business, develop new business / customers and exceed sales targets.
- Develop the business opportunities in the territory and wider business using your own leads.
- Follow-up on leads generated by the Marketing Team.
- Drive sales through working with OEM partners.
- Quickly become able to demonstrate good working knowledge of relevant product ranges and keep up to date with changes, developments and additions to the product range, successfully incorporating it into equipment sales.
- Demonstrate high level of sales organisational skills, including dealing with demonstrations, project specification management, quotations and sales administration (including maintaining the customer database via CRM).
- Liaising with Marketing Team to lead and co-ordinate multi media campaigns and trade events.
Location: Ideally the candidate will be based in Leinster/Dublin greater area, however, you will be required to do some national and international travel from time to time.
For this Technical Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales skills & IT skills.
- You will have at least 2 years previous working experience within commercial printing.
- A technical understanding of printing products (Flexographic, lithographic, digital printing, ink jet etc) is required
- 3rd level education.
- Full clean drivers licence
