Technical Internal Sales – Utilities industry

***INTERNAL SALES, UTILITIES INDUSTRY – 25k WITH IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND START DATE ASAP. DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE COMPANY*** You will be responsible for speaking to customers over the phone dealing with any questions and queries that they may have on the meter products. Up selling and promoting the products to customers at all times and making sure they have got the best products that are suitable to their needs. You will also prepare and send out quotations to customers using the inhouse system. To apply for this role you will have the following skill set: Telephone based customer Service background ideally from a utilities background – gas, water or electric Be enthusiastic when liaising with Customers over the phone and be able to speak in a upbeat and positive manner Be able to use Word and Excel to a good standard Please only apply to the role if you have the relevant skills set.
