Title: Technical Field Sales Executive
Reporting to: Group Commercial Manager
Operating within a defined territory, the successful applicant will manage the IT requirements of pharmacies, doctors and healthcare professionals.
Primarily managing an existing installed base of clinicians in addition to supporting new business acquisition, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally in an IT capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, servers, print solutions and will have experience in selling “solutions” to SME’s. The company will also consider candidates from a sales background in the healthcare industry that can demonstrate a sufficient degree of IT knowledge.

• Achieve sales targets as agreed with Commercial Manager
• Develop excellent relationship with customers to promote Helix Health professionally at all times
• Provide reports and business forecasts as required against set targets and to offer commentary on personal performance
• Foster a positive working environment within the Commercial department and wider organisation
• Maintain a strong level of technical competency on all Helix Health offerings, both hardware and software

• 3rd level qualification, ideally degree level with a business, IT or life sciences background
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate solution sales to a close, both in person and over the phone
• High degree of organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills, including all basic Microsoft packages
• Full clean drivers licence
