We're looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Dublin.

Being a part of the Store Management team with Life Style Sports is more than just ensuring your team and store deliver an outstanding customer experience. It's about taking ownership of a leading Irish owned premium sports and fashion brand and instilling your passion for that experience in everything that you do.

Store Managers are responsible for the overall operations and sales performance of a Life Style Sports store. To achieve this it is the responsibility of the Store Manager to ensure that they have the right people and product required to achieve and excel Company expectations. The day to day management of the store involves the following; driving customer service, displaying commercial awareness, implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing and developing store teams and planning, organising and delegating effectively while preventing stock loss.

Role Responsibilties:

• Commerciality – Using your commercial acumen to drive and increase store sales, footfall and KPIs'
• Top Talent - Recruit, develop and retain a talented team
• Visual Merchandising: Using brand tools create commercial and inspiring in store displays to enhance the costumer experience
• Managing In store Profit Protection
