Responsibilities of Sports Retail Manager will include:
• Managing, leading and motivating a team of sales advisors in your department to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Ensuring outstanding standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Requirements of Sports Retail Manager will include:
Experience in retail management; leading a team of sales assistants
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working in a fast-paced challenging environment
• At least 2 years in a Sales Manager/Store Manager position
