Job Title: Specification Sales Manager – Roofing / Facades / Rainwater
Area to be covered: Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

ROLE:
*Selling comprehensive range of specialist roofing, cladding, façade and rainwater systems manufactured using a unique material.
*60% of your time will be spent generating specifications from architects and consultants
*30% of your time will be spent managing relationships with contractors and installers
*Remaining 10% of your time will spent managing relationships with the distribution network
*Conducting regular CPD Presentations to architects
*60% of your sales time will be spent managing and expanding existing relationships with architects and roofing contractors
*Remaining 40% of your time will be spent generating new relationships
*Dealing with typical project values ranging from £5k – £200k +
*Covering a territory which will incorporate the whole of Scotland and North East of England
EXPERIENCE:
*Proven Track record of sales of hard / metal roofing, cladding, cladding support systems, façade, rainwater systems, insulation, flat roofing, architectural glazing, curtain walling, waterproofing, cladding fixing, render, external wall insulation or related products such as rainscreen cladding or building envelope systems
*Experience with metal building / roofing products advantageous
*Demonstrable track record of generating specifications with architects
*Ideally contacts with architects within the territory
*Ideally with experience of conducting CPD presentations
*Track record of stability within your career
*Strategic, customer orientated, detailed
