SEO Executive – Leading Integrated Digital Media Agency

As the SEO Executive for one of the UK’s leading digital media agencies you will have an understanding of SEO, in a strategic and implementational way. It is essential that you have an knowledge of On & Off Page SEO techniques as well as a thorough understanding of creating, planning and forecasting SEO campaigns. You will also have experience of ‘Hands-on’ knowledge of HTML/XML and with web server platforms such as MS IIS / LAMP. You will have a strong command of industry tools, e.g. Webmaster Tools, SEOmoz as well as PPC techniques and how to integrate with SEO. An understanding of ad serving and analytics technologies is also essential. Reporting to the Head of SEO you will be responsible for developing natural search strategies to improve business performance and deliver client sales objectives. You will be required to lead and develop the SEO account team whilst working alongside other online and offline account teams to deliver an integrated digital marketing solution. The individual in this role will be expected to drive innovation and creative SEO solutions and maintain a key client facing role on presentations for campaign recommendations and subsequent results. This position will also have the opportunity to input to internal and external award entries and to oversee an accurate and timely finance administration and budget management of account teams. You will therefore play a key role in the agencies New Business development and pitches, whilst reflecting the agency ambition and vision in all your work, consequently to lead and inspire the team to follow high standards. This award winning digital agency has recently one a number of sports and entertainment accounts hence why the role is available. As the SEO team grows there will be the opportunity to assume greater responsibility and progress to looking after a group of SEO Account Managers in an Account Director role.
