An excellent opportunity for experienced Telesales to work their own hours from the comfort of their own home being responsible for the generation of appointments for our Sales Consultants covering Northern Ireland.

In order to recover our clients overdue accounts we offer the most comprehensive service in the land and guarantee the service for their peace of mind.

The Role

Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for arranging appointments for our Sales Consultants based in Northern Ireland. You will be making Outbound calls from home on a business to business basis in order to contact and speak with their senior decision makers. During this call you will establish a need for our service and arrange a suitable time and date in conjunction with our online diary system which you will be given access to alongside a database of prospects.

The Person

You will already be suitably experienced in a sales or similar role gained either over the phone or face to face. You will be looking to take advantage of the free time you have at your disposal and take advantage of the skillset you have acquired in order to generate an excellent income from the comfort of your own home. You will be an excellent communicator who is highly skilled in persuasion.

Remuneration

CIS pay per qualified appointment in addition to an excellent uncapped bonus scheme.
You will be paid per qualified appointment (Quote given to Decision Maker with Need) regardless of whether a sale is gained or not.
Our monthly periods run from 23rd last month to the 22nd this month and you will be paid gross on the last calendar working day of the month.

The first 5 qualified appointments during a period are paid at €50 each.
The next 5 qualified appointments during that period are paid at €75 each.
Every qualified appointment thereafter during that period is paid at €100 each.
As an example, 1 qualified appointment per day on a 20 day working month will pay you €1625 in addition to a bonus scheme based on sales which currently pays on average an extra €300 per month.
