BPM Sales Solutions in conjunction with our business partner's Pinergy;  are hiring for a Sales Team Leader for the Cork region. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to ensure weekly and monthly targets are achieved while leading from the front. This is a fantastic new role for any direct sales Team Leader to get their teeth into! The campaign involves venue and residential sales, where you will be responsible for ensuring Team targets are achieved and a pipeline for future sales is obtained.

Responsibilities of a BPM Sales Team Leader:

·         Manage the day-to-day running of a field based team & venue team.

·         To attend venue stands 3-4 days per week.

·         Motivating and coaching your staff to excel in their sales roles

·         Ensuring individual & Team targets are achieved

·         Training new recruits in the field and on venue

Qualifications:

About you:

·         Outgoing and enthusiastic person who is motivated to achieve targets.

·         Outstanding communicator who enjoys dealing with the general public

·         1-2 yrs experience in a D2D/B2B/ Retail environment as a Supervisor or Manager is desired.

·         Own transport is essential.
