The Sales & Client Success Strategy team is a high-performance team chartered with supporting Sales & Client Success organisation to accelerate revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experience. We do this by using a data-driven perspective to identify, lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, improve efficiency and drive operational scale whilst acting as trusted advisors to our senior Sales and Client Success leaders.
The Sales Strategist works closely with stakeholders across functions and global regions to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, retain drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous exponential growth. Responsibilities:
Lead the identification and implementation of critical projects and sales initiatives across EMEA
Drive operational excellence through the identification and execution of opportunities that create efficiency, revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans.
Who You Are
+3 years of work experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing and/or consulting
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills
Experience analyzing large data sets with spreadsheet software and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) database query experience (e.g. SQL), with quantitative modeling experience
International work experience
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
Experience with Salesforce software advantageous

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dublin 53,000 – 73,000 EUR per year
